JOB DESCRIPTION - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the testing through from gathering and analysis, test planning activities, writing test cases/scripts, to execution of all testing (including system testing, integration testing, acceptance testing)
• Reporting on overall status of Testing to Project team members and stakeholders
• Developing and Planning Test Rig requirements
• Ensuring adherence to end to end QA process and standards
• Provide detailed Test Schedules, including dependencies, assumptions and risks
• Coaching / Mentoring of team members
Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS - REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years minimum industry experience in Test Team Leading
• Experience of using Test Director or Quality Centre (or other Test Tracking and Defect Management tools).
• Experience of a formal development lifecycle
• A good level of technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Team Player
• Knowledge of UNIX and SQL
• Team Leading experience may be of an advantage
