Responsibility
1. Drive email store architecture design and develop critical components.
2. Lead team to design and develop high quality email store system.
3. Work with program manager on planning and project management.
4. Conduct or participate in architecture, design , code and test cases review.
5. Collaborate with team member and related teams to deliver integrated final product.
6. Partner with operations & deployment to roll out the service.
Qualification
1. A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Strong Leadership and effective communication (both oral and written) skills.
3. Strong design and programming skill with 5+ years hands on server side experience mostly in C/C++ on Linux
4. Expertise with large scale email server side technology.
5. Highly motivated and passionate about building service software.
6. Full software development life cycle experience. Agile methodology preferred.
7. Experience shipping commercial large scale email system is desired.
