Responsibility
1. Work with Program management team to define vision & strategy for email product.
2. Help program management team to work with partners and senior leaders across company to get buy in to the strategy.
3. Be a driver and major contributor to email overall architecture design.
4. Build strong world class development team and coach/lead team to ship high quality and innovative V1 email product.
5. Conduct or participate architecture, design review.
6. Collaborate with related teams and help email team to remove obstacles.
7. Collaborate with operation team to roll out the service.
Qualification
1. A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Strong architecture and design skills with 7+ years server side software development experience in C/C++ on Linux.
3. Deep expertise in large scale email server side technology.
4. Strong Leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
5. Critical thinking and decision making skill.
6. Highly motivated and passionate about building service software.
7. Full software development life cycle experience. Agile methodology preferred.
8. Experience shipping commercial large scale email system is desired.
