Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
We are now looking for an IT Operations Manager for SAP Business Intelligence Data warehouse. Your area consists of operative IT delivery management for our new NSN SAP BW platform and related SAP BW applications. Main areas of your job will consist of
Contribution to Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations
Quality and performance insurance of IT Operations according to agreed SLA’s
Problem management and critical incident management including emergency situation resolution (major outage/disaster/escalation).
Efficient cooperation of different internal and external counterparties in service fulfillment
Change management and production cutovers
Use cost reporting and analyses for services in your area
Use Phase Preparations
Maintenance break facilitation
Implementing IT service management processes (Change management, problem management etc)
Verify that financial figures (LRP, STP, LE and actuals) are aligned with true demand and supply
Requirements:
University degree: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a suitable area. Good knowledge of Nokia, Siemens or NSN. Has at least 3+ years of working experience in Information Management with a minimum of 1 years at management level. Furthermore:
Fluent English language skills.
We appreciate a good knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL)
Experiences in operative IT Supplier management
Ability to head and facilitate operational activities in a challenging technical post merger environment
Excellent organizing skills
Basic understanding and knowledge of Business Warehouse and Business Intelligence technology (SAP BW)
Understanding of SOX and IT internal control activities
Understanding on IT Cost Management
