Location：Chengdu, China
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibility:
1) Implement corporate common processes;
2) Project resourcing, planning, budgeting, forecast and follow-up;
3) Communicate R&D group strategy & objectives;
4) Development of organization and personnel in the site– drive development and hiring of new skills;
5) Leading the national R&D team with about 200 staffs, including all supporting team such as HR, Fin and other dept.
6) Reporting to global CEO based abroad.
Qualifications:
1) 8+ years working experiences on related industry,5+ years management experience;
2) Familiar with software development, Software R & D experience is plus;
3) Having rich management experiences and business sense on strategic thinking, delegation, leadership, interpersonal skill, team or organization development and financial conception;
4) Cross-nation management experiences is preferred;
5) Fluent in English.
