The only conclusion you can draw about 翁帆, is that she is very likely the kind of women who are not a lot more than dead meat. Think about it. At 28, what kind of women can go about without a normal sex life for a few years? Under the media scrutiny and Yang's constant need for a cane, it is not possible for her to have lovers.
Look at her pictures, she does not have the glow of young women who just had some last nigth 
So you don't want all women to be like 翁帆, I'd rather them like the Ss.
As for Dr. Yang, he practically made a pervert out of himself. You don't want all men to be like him either.
