you come in at the pefect timing> my exit from here as the last day today at exact annual mark!

i had my contribution for career cavise here, but now i need to go cover different projects. glad that you are here to take over.

everything listed in your grocery list seemed OK, only recommend you to add following:

1. corporate culture reconnasence:you do not talk to all HR and hiring managers the same way, or your chances of success will be reduced proportionally, now that is coming out of experience not anyone BS book!

2. how do you get attention with the buzz words and how does that relate to the job descrition studies so you know the fit between your backgrounds and their job requirements

3. the mental differences and corresponding skills apply when talking to HR manager and then the hiring manager.they are totally different animals and thus different ball games

4. where and how to size your salary requirements

5. how to interprete your resume...

6. how do you tell the new employer candidate about your background

7. what kind of ref counts what are not use

8. how to lead the conv rather than following

9 dress code and bahvior protocol: what do you talk straight about in interviews and what you only dance around

10. i skipped through your posts, one comment on one detail: all hiring managers are not created equal: take me for example: for one opening I got 155 app. i grabbed top 30 some, and the rest went straight to my drawer never openned again....!

when you hire some critical role, you pay more attention, when you are just fillin up the blank and there are many of them...you kinda of just try to get over with. when you know this is the one and only you get to hire in a long while, sure you pay more attention....so there, try to remind you not to generalize such indivisual differences...

do not know how you take this but hope you do take it positively.
