Department Description?
Provides integrated, end-to-end systems that reliably deliver digital entertainment, information, and communications services over a variety of wired and wireless broadband network architectures. The world's leading provider of digital video set-tops and cable modems, Connected Home Solutions empowers consumers by connecting their homes, keeping the people, content, and services important to them always within their reach.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations?
The position responsible to develop, build and manage the relations with the senior management of the key account (In CTITC case, the level will be the CTO). The key responsibities cover:
*. Explore, evaluate, define business opportunities with the the key customer;
*. Develop feasible business model to ensure win-win for the customers and Motorola;
*.Integrate, manage Motoroal internal resources (sales, product, technical competence, implementation, finance and others) and external resources (other vendors) to develop end-to-end solutions to the customer;
*. Define product roadmap, platform, system architecture, product requirements, product features and support to meet customers requirements
Specific Knowledge/Skills?
*. At least 8 years experience in the cable TV industry in China
*. Able to build strong close relations with customers at high level and influence them
*. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
* Mature, patient, positive and persistent
*. Resourceful, problem solver rather than problem identifier.
*. Comfortable to work in a highly matrix organization
*. Experience working in SI will be beneficial
