The boss shouldn't have written such a scummy letter to begin with. When he did and it's only fair for the secretary to fire back.
I haven't seen many bosses in the US doing this to their own employees as they know they shouldn't. Then what makes them think it's justified to do this in China?
I'd say the author of this message has a really problematic attitude issue -- are we still living under some sort of fiefdom nowadays?
