Whoever wrote this commentary pretends to be thinking as a boss. A boss who has violated labor laws, that is.
To me, what Rebecca did was self-defense and justified. A manager who expects employees to be on call 24 hours should be removed from his/her position.
A system that does not let this happen is not a good system. EMC does not have a good system in China. Nor does many other ones.
M*f*ing sad truth of life in China. Won't be always like that, I believe.
