Responsibilities
The position reports to the Construction & Facility Director, main duties are:
Strategically lead and plan the organization’s China designs to support all brands;
Implement all design processes, check & verify all blue prints to ensure design quality;
Assist to make annual design budget in C&F, search & evaluate all design agents to supervise results;
Teamwork with productive conflict with other C&F groups, keep good relationship with government agencies & vendors, and assist to support Development team;
Support field C&F teams for new decoration & retread.
Requirements
Aggressive and assertive skills are essential, independent and proactive
Good business acumen sense, creative with design flair
Strong communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills
Good project & process management skill as a team leader and customer mania
Excellent interpersonal and analytical planning
Profound design skills, wide construction knowledge in M&E, HVAC, deep social experience
Command of English and Microsoft Office & CAD application skill
Bachelor and above degree in design or related major
At least eight-year solid design experience in sweeping MNC or designing or construction agency, people management skill is preferable
