Ø Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in software engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 year experience in Software Quality Assurance and 4 year+ experience in Software Development
- Familiar with SEI CMM/CMMI methodology, CMM/CMMI implementation experience is highly preferred.
- Familiar with other software management methodologies and tools.
- Strong discipline in nature for quality control and flexibility in improving the process.
- Logic and reaction thinking.
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
- Excellent English language skill in both written and spoken.
- Japanese language skill is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing and continuously improving the organizational software development processes based on CMM/CMMI methodology
- Drive the organization to achieve the CMM and CMMI ratings
- Quantitatively manage and control the organization-level process capability baseline
- Perform process and quality measure to identify the opportunities for improvement
- Introduce new SQA technologies/tools to GDC and put into practice
- Support the project team to define and achieve the project level software process, standards, procedure and quality goals
- Act as SQA team lead to perform SQA review/audit in project level and ensure the project quality
- Offer the CMM-related software process trainings
