职位描述及要求
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage large, complex, international and domestic projects, that include developing tactical implementation strategies, integrated project plans, timelines, scheduling resources, and coordinating implementations with the external client.
· Leads multi-discipline, multi-organization/resource unit Subject Matter Expert implementation project teams (could also include client and vendor Subject Matter Experts) on projects with revenue objectives which range from $5 million to $40 million annually.
· With Solutions Development, participates with the due diligence to identify requirements and/or solution gaps.
· Ensures requirements and/or solution gaps are resolved.
· Collaborates with Senior Operations Management to define goals and success of the project.
· Hosts client and internal implementation meetings, creates all follow-up documentation and facilitates communication.
· Manages issues and jeopardies to resolution.
·· Ensures financial, quality, and timeline commitment goals are met.
· Manage the project’s budget from the signing of the contract to the completion of the implementation.
· Manages transition of client from implementation to Operations support.
· Develops and maintains relevant Project Management knowledge and expertise.
Education & Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university, PMI Certification preferred.
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum eight years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· In depth understanding of contact center operations, Convergys service offerings and organizational design.
· Strong leadership ability directing a team consisting of multiple disciplines, multiple organizations/resource units, and/or upper management team members.
· Skilled in managing projects from approval through successful completion, with an in depth understanding of requirements management and change management.
· Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
·
· Strong written and oral communication skills as well as interfacing, negotiation and team building skills.
· Excellent financial analysis and budgetary skills, including financial analysis of contracts and legal documents.
· Skilled in using the appropriate Subject Matter Experts to drive to issue and jeopardy resolution and sound decision-making in order to meet project success factors.
