I really believe that everyone shall follow the law in US. Everyone will be responsible for what he/she did when facing IRS charges. The person who gave tax payer advice(lawyers or accountant) will not have any responsibilitie in a tax court. Only the tax payer has the responsibilies for what he did. Therefore, I really think your suggestions to ask others to take risk to violate the US tax law are irresponsible and whoever listened to you may be in big trouble later.
