Job Title: South China Territory Communications Manager
Report to: South Territory Public Relations Manager, China Corporate Communications ManagerJob Geographic Coverage: South China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Yunnan, Hainan, Jiangxi, etc.)Based in: South Territory Head Office, in GuangzhouPackage: to be negotiated on candidate’s profile
Duties & Responsibilities:·
Create and lead in implementing public relations plan for South Territory;·
Promote and protect company image, brand and reputation with public relations tools;·
Build up and maintain good relationship with public media to ensure effective media support; ·
As key member of Crisis Management team, handle emergency and crisis according to company guideline in order to protect company interest;·
Execute daily media monitoring and report to South Territory President daily news and business information;·
Take responsibility to all the issues related to media, mass communication, crisis communications;·
Collect market intelligence through various channels especially media reports etc;·
Establish communication with local media on behalf of stores and support store activity regarding media issues;·
Organize and manage public relation events, such as ceremonies, forums, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications (education, skills & knowledge etc.):
Should have a mature, tough and brave personality; Can work independently and under huge pressure·
Bachelor degree or above, majored in public relations, journalism or mass communications is preferable;·
5 years media relationship, news reporting/editing or related experience
Highly proficient in English both spoken and written;·
Good relationship with media circles in South China;·
Excellent communication and presentation skills, incl. role-playing, writing, speaking, performing, and web-communicating;·
Strong interpersonal and influence skills;·
Strong event project skills and teamwork spirit.
