Mr. Wolf,

I understand the purpose for wholesalefair.com is to sell Chinese products directly in U.S. and other countries at wholesale prices. Is wholesalefair.com planning to sell in large quantities (container load) or smaller wholesale quantities? These two positionings require entirely different supply chain structures. If you just sell in container load, longer lead time is acceptable. The question then is how wholesalefair.com differentiate itself from alibaba.com and globalsource.com.

If wholesalefair.com plans to sell in smaller wholesale quantities, I wonder how it solves lead time and shipping cost issues once customers place orders. Overseas customers do not want to wait months for shipments of less than container load orders. Neither do they want to pay high shipping costs.

Actually I am very interested in the "CEO" of wholesalefair.com. I am currently in the U.S. and have been importing products from China, Taiwan to sell to distributors as well as retail on internet for a few years. My company grew from $10,000 of my own investment to $500,000 sales last year. It is still small but I have accumulated some experience doing business in U.S. market. I think there are huge demands for products at relatively small wholesale quantities at wholesales prices. The big companies go directly to China and would not use wholesalefair.com. However, Many small retailers/distributors can not afford the lead time or costs to go directly to China. wholesalefair.com should place itself to meet the demands of these customers.
