· Work on real-time problem resolution
· Create and deliver reports that track key data and metrics that support the business unit, or segment.
· Manage projects independently bringing recommendations to management.
· Serve as a worldwide interface and coordination contact.

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree
· 2+ call center experience, 1+ analytical skills, Microsoft excel and basic knowledge of IT Management Experience.
· Strong communication skills - Verbal and written in Japanese, English and Chinese.
· Strong command skills and results oriented
