Both don't have father figure when they grew up. So the argument that kids need father to grow up healthy do have exceptions. Sometimes it almost seems that their fatherlessness helped them to be independent and take responsibilities in life from very early on.
I am married and are considering jumping on the band wagon of having kids. My biggest struggle is I do miss all the good times I had when I was single. I am having a hard time letting it go. Sometimes I just want to run away from my marriage and be single again.
If I were single, honest to God I will go to sperm bank and have kids---it is like the best of both worlds---have kids of your own and date any guy you want to date!
