Job Responsibilities
1) Responsible for delivering all operational services to the customer at, or less than, expected cost and in line with the Service Level Agreement.
2) The trusted advisor and focal point for all tactical operational issues - monitor performance, fill gaps, solve problems, and integrate resources.
3) Will also manage the delivery team, recruit, hire and develop all the skills needed, either directly or through a matrix organization, and ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied with the service.
Job Requirements
1) Qualified professional degree - accounting, finance, economics, engineering etc
2) Up to five years' of directly related experience, preferably in the service industry
3) Track record of excellence in operations optimization, production and value addition
4) Demonstrated ability to work in an offshore environment
5) Experience at managing teams of people - individual contributors and first line managers
6) Project management skills
7) Excellent communication skills
 Strong English language written and spoken skills, additionally Japanese or Korean desirable
9) Excellent presentation skills
10) Client relationship skills
11) Demonstrated Leadership
