don't use "批", everyone can make arguement. And argument is welcome. BTW, it is not like a paper, everything needs to be right. Make your point, that's it. My final point, in US, people selddom blames No.2 person for the failure of the company. It is always the CEO who takes the blame.

Final one. I am a Chinese, English is not perfect.
