It is another example of layman's opinions with moral superiority.
From my calculations, the real estate market is a supply and demand driven markets, just as any other markets. There is absolutely no bubble in China.
As a matter of fact, we will see average prices double in the next three years in major cities.
Chinese's housing demand will be monsterous.
The only question is funding. But that is a problem that will solve by itself.
I like guang zhou, hai nan, beijing, or anywhere in China. Time to load Shanghai apartments as well.
So if you have real estate in China or plan to buy, it is the time now to go ahead and hold.
Reality is the best source of rationality. Look at the doom's day prediction put forth in the past. They all bankruptied.
