Try "the Keating Five" or "Lincoln Savings and Loans". We remember how all these very gentlemanly people went into disgrace. Five senators, from both parties, were involved in this mess. One of them is Senator McCain, who is aspiring to try his bid on the Republican ticket next time around. Eventually, the taxpayer footed the bill.
