MBA degree holders vary from person to person, just like EE or CS degree holders. It would be better for an MBA has a minor or concentration in finance or cpa, etc. On the other hand, for those who sitting at the corner offices with MBA degrees don't have to be an expert in any one specific area； they can delegate others to do the jobs, but they have to know all aspects of the business, in a general sense and strategic way instead of in particulars, in the same way as the conductor of an orchestra who does not play violin or piano but he sets up the tone and coordinates the whole group for the best possible results.
My view is sooner or later companies in China will appreciate that MBA是国内企业急需的经营管理人才.
