I am not sure what is your MBA in finance really include, but from my view, you must have exposure to lots of marketing, management, law, and strategy courses (since they are required), so you can really assume the Project Management or Sales/Marketing positions (they also have good potentials). But those are based on your personal communication skills too. You can evaluate yourself.
As for finance, the school name is very important. If you are from top MBA program, it will not be too hard to get in, but the past experience is still important. Internship also counts, but I feel you may not have any of them.
Consulting or Private Equity maybe also your targets, but as I mentioned above, also depends on your own characteristics.
For government positions you may need the good reference or some strong background if you want to have a decent position. But I really can not see whether you can get used to the life there...  One of my friends have tried to help me to get in (he and his best friends are all on the ｓｅｌｅｃｔion committee, but after a long discussion with them, I gave up....  )
