Windsor is a nice town with a lot of corporate offices. The real state tax is relatively low, and the house cost is not too high either.
Windsor is very close to the Hartford/Springfield airport (Bradley). This town may not have the best Chinese restaurants or the best Chinese grocery store. However, the nearby Hartford has both. Hartford has a lot of insurance companies.
Windsor is a nice city to live. The neighboring city Simsbury might be even nicer. Of course, Simsbury is more expensive than Windsor.
