Responsibility
Project Management, users/developers coordination for the new development/enhancements on the Internal System *1
l Receive and analysis on the business requirements
l Current business & reports Analysis
l New business process definition & flow
l System function requirements definition, User interface definition
l SIT/UAT preparation, and users coordination
l System function manual creation, and user training support
l Schedule project, execution, and status updates
l Go live support
l Knowledge transfer to the IT support team
*1 Internal system for this position mainly related to the service department, which includes but not limited to, online support, telephone support, parts/service dispatch-related, and customer care)
Skills & Abilities
l Communication in Japanese (Mandatory)
l Documentation in English (Mandatory)
l Previous experience as any member s of the system development project (developer, SE, PM)
l Basic knowledge in DB, Networking, and Programming
l Knowledge and experience of the business process consultations/analysis
