1。贫困女大学生生存报告
中国扶贫基金会发布了专门针对“在校期间基本生活费用难以达到学校所在地最低伙食标准，且无力缴纳学费及购置必要学习用品，日常生活没有经济保障”的“贫困大学生”所做的调查，扶贫基金会公布的《贫困女大学生调查报告》显示：38.1%的特困女大学生每个月从家得到的生活费在100元以下，每个月生活支出在100元以下的贫困学生占28.7%，15.7%的特困女大学生来自独生子女家庭，25.3%的来自城市家庭

2。中国扶贫基金会“新长城计划”

3。《基金会管理条例》的第9条第5款规定，需要有业务主管单位。
