animals seems to me have better life qualities then we human beings do because they are happy or appear to be happy to us without any concerns for money. but they still have their own needs
dogs need to be walked out on top of their individual personalities
cats needs to have their own congregational meetings other than sticking around their masters, once let out and introduced to the paths of their neighborhoods...
so their needs are satisfied in most cases, as long as their masters are aware of and taking care of
now look back at our own life
we need, of course, you know what, and we need certain other things that money can buy, and we go to work so that we can pay for what we need....
but if you can find a way to like what you are doing, then your job becomes more interesting and you may actually enjoy it.
for instance, you come to direct contacts with so many different kinds of characters every day. if you take time talking to them and regarding this as your itnerviews, then record them and to put them together, you may fidn yourself onto something interesting which you may turn out with a real good book....
we can go on and on about this, or i can recommend a few books to read about. in general, not every one develops personal interests into their jobs but what can we do about it? bitching about it is one way, but doing something to make it fun is another.
this is what i believe anyway. i was supposedly trained to motivate others to work, but i believe people should find their own motivations.
hope you find this interesting not another boring lecture
