Key dueties and responsibilities :
· Manage private equity and venture capital projects located in China. The tasks involve:
o The selection and management of a team acosiates (junior project managers);
o Search of venture and capital projects
o Manage relationship, input and output from/ to research department;
o Manage due diligence;
o Deal making ang managing;
o Finance and legal structuring (securitisation, laveraging, etc.);
o Selection and management of external consultants and info sources;
o Business and financial data analyses and financial modelling;
o Risk assessment and valuation of projects/enterprises;
o Results presentation and explanation;
o All related communication and administration.
Required skills, knowledge and capabilities :
· Advanced knowledge and at least two-year hands-on experience of risk assessment and valuation of projects/enterprises;
· Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience of business and financial data analyses and financial modelling;
· Hands-on experience of retrieval and research of publicly available information, both locally and internationally;
· Hands-on experience of due diligence;
· Hands-on experience of project’s structure (legal, financial);
· Hands-on experience of utilization of external consultants;
· University degree in business and/or economics and/or techniques achieved in the U.S.A. or in a Western-Europe country;
· Advanced in MS Office and Windows;
· Fluent in Chinese and English;
· Managerial, communication and presentation skills;
· Team builder and player within an international team;
· Capable and willing to learn and improve continuously;
· Self-reliant, inventive, systematic, consistent and hard-working;
· Ready to travel;
· Driving licence.
