Job Description
Acting as R&D deputy director, responsible for R&D Center in Chengdu
Candidate Requirements
1. Minimum university degree in communication engineering or related 2. Understand Wireless SDH PDH communication system standard and key technologies 3. Good knowledge of HW and SW design processes 4. Min 5 years work experience in Labs Management 5. Certified PMP is preferred 6. Excellent human resources management skill 7. Excellent leadership skill, such as problem identification and solving, decisive decision making, conflict resolution, negotiating 8. Mature personality, such as responsibility, justice, teamwork, warm heart and so on.
9. CMM L3 or above preferred
Basics
1. Initiative, high teamwork spirit
2. Good written and oral English, CET6
3. Good logical reasoning ability and presentation skills 4. Strong independent work ability
