in US, stock market was established in 1840s (railroad stocks), but SEC was installed in 1933.

Private enterprises will naturally have incentives not to do many weird things we see in China. For example: parent state firm gave a profitable asset to listed firms and exchanged back poor assets....

That's something you rarely see here in US.
