1. increase your virtual memory by going to properties of "My Computer", go to Advanced, click Performance Option, then increase it from there.

2. Defragment your disk, there are lots of tool to do it, you should have a system tool called Disk Defragmenter.

3. Clean up your disk and free up spaces.

4. Don't run too many applications including those demons.
