We are a the largest privately owned disposable medical device manufacturer in US. We are in the process of setting up our first manufacturing plant in Shenzhen, China. The following talents are sought:
1、 Operations Manager： The area of responsibilities will include Product Transfer, Manufacturing, Facility Maintenance, Production Engineering Support and R&D.
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines.
Atleast7yearsexperienceinmanufacturing and engineering with a management position in a multinational company in China. Handsonexperienceinprocess managementand/orcontinuousimprovementfunctions. Lean/Sigma Manufacturing experience would be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge in medical device manufacturing is a must.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels. Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
2、Senior Quality Engineer：
At least 5 years of medical device (or equipment) manufacturing experiences in the Quality Assurance field. Three years in senior quality management role with a multi-national company.
Ability in building and maintaining the quality management system a must. Must be familiar with medical device law & regulations in China.
Hands-experiences in implementing ISO13485, GMP
Fluency in English. Must be able to speak, and communicate freely in English as this position is a critical role in bridging China manufacturing site and the US headquarters.
Work experiences as quality professional in MNC is a must. BA or above in mathematics, engineering or science.
3、 采购经理：本科以上医仪工程专业或其他工程专业毕业为佳，在医用耗材及医疗器械领域有三年以上采购经验或生产计划工作安排经验，良好的谈判技巧、管理与沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，并能胜任多种工作；人品诚实，以往工作经历清白；有一定的英语能力，电脑操作熟练；有深圳户口或深户担保人；熟悉运输和报关者优先考虑。
4、 生产经理：本科以上学历，在深圳至少有五年以上生产型企业相关管理工作经验，良好的沟
通协调能力及组织能力，英文听说读写能力强，熟悉医用仪器或医用耗材者或有外企工作经验者优先考虑。
5、 财务经理：本科以上财会专业毕业，在深圳有四年以上外资企业财务管理经验，品质良好，必须有深圳户口，英语口语流利，电脑操作熟练。
