Buddy, my gut feeling is that you shall be a first-timer in openning a company. That is why you think money is so important. That's not a problem. Most great guys start their dreams with nothing.
But man, the question here is actually whether you have the courage to put your own money into this biz at first. Or you just want to wait for the money.
This will be every-investor's question, since you have no track record.
Try to look at yourself and your company back from future, where you imagine that you have created another Yahoo, or Cisco.
Try to start things with nothing. That is one key discipline.
