Personally, I think oil is close to its peak. Some unhealthy expectations of a continuing strong demand from China is priced in the current price. Don’t need many, here is a simple two scenarios:
1. If you believe China keep its strong growth for next a couple of years, Oil can reach 70.
2. Or, if you think China will react to current price and reduce its demand, oil will retreat to 30-40.
So many analysts are offering views. Some are right, some are wrong. Believe in urself. But one thing I know, if everyone is buying, I wont follow them, at least.
