I thought about it but I think I understand their reasons.... it's too personal to discuss here.....Let me put it this way, they are tech guys and have no intention to get too much involved into daily operations and management, which is not their strength anyway. Bedsides, they can still manage all the tech issues with their flexible schedules. Most importantly, holding on to their current positions is a big plus to the company because of their leading role in the tech area. It leverages company’s image and helps to bring in projects.
