to be a reliable, responsible, and honest person. My belief and principle is no business deal will last long if it is not mutually beneficial. You can only take advantage of others for only once. As the saying goes: you cheat me once, shame on you; you cheat me twice, shame on me. Because of the selfishness of human nature, we need to make sure the other party benefits as well. Win-win situation is superior to winner takes all and "take no prisoner."
