Dell is a superior company in PC business; the latest run for
Dell stock is simply due to the fact that big fund families want to run up their largest holdings so that they can get good bonuses. Ditto for GE.
I am not in IT field. I did meet some of Legend's top management in NYC. Sadly, I feel this merger is just another source of bad debt for Chinese banks.
