this man has only superficial knowledge. The controversy in 2000 was finally settled by a peaceful legal process and all parties respected and obeyed the verdict of the supreme court judges. In many other country, it will turn into a civil war, like what we see now in Ukraine.
if there was a 2000-election type of controversy in China, I never believe that it will be settled peacefully.....
It is easy to hold an election, but it is difficult to copy the respect of law and rule of law(not rule by law).
