Actually no  I saw your post on a flash, while I was waiting in UA's red carpet lounge in SFO. I thought about it for a brief moment and said to myself - what's the point of arguing more? There're already enough said by all the friends around me --- such as CodeRed, Wuhen, JingJie (many thanks!); and I can't say any better than they did.
So, I decided to simply drop the ball. Sorry Tina, it was not ignorance, nor was it impoliteness. I merely didn't want to heat it up.
Now I'm back to my home in Beijing, and saw more follow-up's and eventually a wrap-up. That's what I anticipate and like to see.
I'm glad that you've calmed down and figured out (or maybe not exactly) how to handle this.
Move on, as JingJie suggested, go straight to her (perhaps I shouldn't call her your "friend" any more) and tell her directly that you want her to move out ASAP. --- And that's also exactly what I said in the very first post.
Sometimes things can be taken care of in a pretty simple way.
