XinaoMDT Inc. is located in Langfang, Hebei province of China (www.xinaomdt.com), the company has divisions
in Beijing, Boston etc. The company is now hiring:

1. The Manager of US Division

Responsibility:

The candidate will work in Boston, the daily work is to manage the engineering division in USA, and take
care of the company business in USA.

Requirement:

The candidate should have a MBA degree in USA and has some real industrial management experience.

2. The HR Manager in China

Responsibility:

The candidate will work in Langfang or Beijing, the daily work is to manage the HR center and help the
company to develop and execute plans that optimize talent, structure, process and culture.
Provide guidance to implement HR policies and programs, Develop strategic staffing plans.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree in HR or related area, 3+ years HR management experience. Demonstrated
experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation & training,
and performance management. Excellent organization and communication skills.

3. The Marketing Manager In China

Responsibility:

The candidate will work in Langfang or Beijing, the daily work is to manage the marketing team and
help the company to set up the marketing strategy. Establish overall product line strategy including
product requirements, pricing, packaging, merchandising, industrial design, and connectivity.
Manage entire product lifecycle from inception to launch. Lead ongoing competitive analysis of industry.

Requirement:

The candidate should have a MBA degree in USA and has 3+ years marketing or technical marketing
experience.
