If you can not find Citytour bus, just use taxi to go to downtown(less than 12US$, I remember). I suggest you go to shopping center at Orchard Rd. or the “Lang Tao Sha” to see the “Lion with fish tail “ and their opera cinema or something like that. If you go to Hong Kong or Seoul often, the shopping at Orchard Rd. is also making no sense.
Not much to see in Singapore, I typical went to Thailand for weekend if I need stay there for more than a week.
