Your story is very scary. I received the some promotion from Citibank by an e-mail.
So far, I've already made two online payments and ready to "close my account." But a rep. told me that in order to receive the bonus, I had to wait for 60 days from the date of my second payment. I complained to her that I wasn't awared I had to wait for such long and I might have to hold ice-cream during the hot summer while waiting for my bonus. She laughed to death! P.S.
