a store near you (not a FedEx/UPS office), they will come to help you pack up and delivery.
the problem is on China custom side. FedEx China is not experienced in this. They don't know how to handle it. You need to claim your stuff when your person goes through the custom, then bring the custom doc to your local FedEx China, usually they will give you a call when your things arrive. Then FedEx will deal with the custom at the airport where your things are stored, and deliver them to you.
