1) I didn't know Shanghai/Beijing/GuangZhou/ShenZhen
all are more expensive than SF in California(38 on
the list). Is it real?
2) Moscow in Russia so expensive? Third on the list?
Given the whole country so poor?
3) How come Sydney in Australia was 67 last year, and
climbs to 20 this year? Found gold-mine or something?
Maybe someone in Australia can comment on it.
How trustworthy is this report? Maybe I don't know the
definition of "Cost of Living", average living or
rich-people's living?
