With the derms expected win in November this year, there's bound to be new laws coming that restrict job outsourcing. On top of that, job outsourcing simply doesn't make sense to average Joes no matter how they spin it. California used to have a law limiting companies doing job outsourcing. I think this law may come back alive and on national level.
