Set up framework, guidelines and working model principles in dealing with Research and
Development relevant topics with Germany and other interfaces.
Identify risks and keep continous improvement in coorporation with relevant divisions in company or its subsidiaries.
Setup and maintain the processes, structure and tools for internal IT security management. Support the corporate's IT security officer.
Setup IT relevant process.
Setup and initialize innovation projects
Counterpart for internal and external audits.
Frame the issues, identify context, synthesize the whole picture, exposes gaps, suggests
escalation pathways, and identify risks and constraints；
Identify and research policy development that involves any aspect of IT department；
Implement/support regular internal/ external audit basing on ISO
9000/14000/20000/27000 and OHSAS 18000 knowledge；
Degree level or equivalent experience in computer science or a business systems-related subject.
Technical Skills:
Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration
skills, accounting and fiscal management, organizational skill, ITIL and ISO related knowledge required；
Business Knowledge & Process skills: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as:
quality management；
IT Sercrity and risk management.
Microsoft Office systems competency；
ITPM/ITIL/ ASAP methodology.
Proficient English, German would be an advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, accurate and attractive
presentation of data.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people；
