Responsibilities
Test IGT gaming system software/firmware to ensure it meets required customer, jurisdictional and functional specifications and complies with regulatory requirements.
1. Develop and execute test plans/tools/scripts for IGT gaming system software/firmware.
2. Perform test environment integration and system test.
3. Perform troubleshooting and research into defects and communicate to engineering.
4. Write or enhance automation harness/driver/tools to support test plans.
5. Write test reports.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, or electrical/automatic engineering.
2. Above 3 years of test experience in distributed computer system.
3. Understands how to design test cases to ensure both coverage and efficiency.
4. Understand computer network infrastructure and configurations, such as, TCP/IP, LAN, etc.
5. With SQL server related application working experience, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and good sql script coding skills
6. Windows based configuration and troubleshooting.
7. Coding experience in C++ or C# is preferred.
8. Familiar with common test tools, VSTS/QTP/LoadRunner/Jmeter is preferred.
9. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.

Software Engineer II/III/IV - Database Engineer
Requirements:
• At least 5-8 years of hands-on database development using any SQL language in engineering solutions
• BSCS or equivalent required.
• 1+ years using SQL tools: Server Management Studio and Business Intelligence Development Studio
• 1+ years experience in using DTS or SSIS.
• 2+ years experience in DBA tasks, with complete database system setup, including Server OS & DB configuration, SAN setup & configurations, filegroup setup, DB Backup/Recovery.
• Can write T-SQL independently query data and modify objects.
• Understands principles of Extract Load and Transform (ETL) processes and database physical and logic design
• Good problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot well
o Reverse engineering of data flows
o Reconciliation of data between Source and Target database (finding data differences)
o Root cause analysis
• Must be able to communicate clearly with management, peers, and clients regarding problems, changes, and milestones.
• Microsoft Analysis Services 2005, MS Reporting Services, MS Visual Studio Team System, and Casino Systems Knowledge a plus.
