More specific rules/principles regarding the "婚姻关系中双方的房子"Matrimonial Home:

S.19 Equal possession of M.H. by both spouses even if title to the M.H. is registered in the name of only one spouse. A court may order exclusive possession of M.H. or part of it for a period stipulated by the court.Without this order, even if one spouse is the sole registered owner of the property, does not have the right to force the other spouse to leave the M.H. on a marriage breakdown. In determining whether to make such an order, the court is required to consider: the best interests of the children who are affected; the existence of any property and support orders; the financial positions of both spouses; any written agreement between the spouses; the availability of other affordable and suitable accommodation and any violence committed by one spouse against the other or children; In determining the best int of a child, the court considers: the possible disruptive effects on the child of a move; the views and preferences of the child, if they can be reasonably ascertained.
