WHITE肯定是贯彻FDR新政，以美苏盟友合作为宗旨的国际主义经济学家。
如果苏美不冷战，他可能就没事了吗？
他有貌似很亲苏的行为，都是事实: 如传递文件，交付印钞版，透露摩根索计划，手下都是免背景调查进来的共产党和SILVERMASTER谍圈的人，解密电报显示苏方认为他是提供情报人，苏联要为他女儿提供学费等等...
主要指证来源于ELIZABETH BENTLEY 和 WHITTAKER CHAMBERS，
及VENONA 解密电报
但没有直接个人口供证明他是以叛国颠覆为目的，
他很可能就是要平衡苏美势力，彻底信任并对苏联公开文件,(为了避免苏美可能的冲突?)
事后把日美开战，蒋倒台都算他头上的确有点牵强。
